Shipping

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders may take 1-4 weeks to arrive due to the high-quality materials and specialized washing techniques we use. Some orders may arrive sooner, depending on immediate product availability.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide; however, some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.

Flat-Rate Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s weight, which is rounded up to the next full pound per shipping carrier policies. If a larger-sized flat-rate shipping method is required, we will invoice you for the shipping difference. This is common for international orders.

Holiday Shipping Delays: Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Sales & Promotions: Processing times may increase due to high order volumes. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.

International Customers

All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Available shipping options depend on the total order weight:

First-Class International: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 days, but it may take longer depending on the destination country. No tracking is provided.

Priority International: Estimated delivery time is 6-8 days. No tracking is provided.

International Express Mail: Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Once an order leaves our facility and is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. While we will do everything in our power to assist you, replacements or refunds will not be issued for lost/stolen or damaged orders.
